Rancang Bangun Informasi Produksi Coal Powder Pada Divisi Pulverized Coal Injection Plan PT. Krakatau Steel

Abstract

Information technology has a huge influence in various aspects of people's lives. Through information technology, we can get an easy visualization, such as using the Coal Powder Production Information System, because the coal produced by the PCI (Pulverized Coal Injection) Plant is very much needed to support production in the Blast Furnace.

It is hoped that the development of this coal powder production information system can produce more complex reports. With a good information system, problems that arise can be detected early, so that alternative solutions can be obtained. Therefore, an information system for coal powder production was developed at the PCI Plant, which is a computer-based information system that functions as a database in a coal powder production process. In connection with this, in writing this thesis report an analysis of authority will be carried out which is the initial stage in making this system.

The analysis carried out is to study a number of information in ordering and using coal materials at the PCI Plant, and to build a coal powder production information system, the author uses Flowmaps, Usecase Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, while the implementation uses PHP and MySQL.
